Tamarack Knives will assume responsibility for lost or delayed items until the shipping company has "delivered" the item. When the item is marked delivered by the shipping company, it is then the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company to make a claim.
You, the customer, will be picking the shipping company. Choose with this information in mind:
USPS will ship with limited insurance and no signature. If you choose this option, you agree to assume all risk of lost or stolen items.
UPS & FedEx will ship with insurance & a signature when required for insurance value.
Tamarack Knives warrantees all of our handmade knives against workmanship failures and to be free of defects in material.
We will repair your knife or replace with a new knife, at our option.
Our warranty does not include damage from normal wear and tear or abuse, neglect, lack of reasonable care, or using your blade to
perform tasks for which it was never designed or intended. Our knives are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars or screwdrivers.
If your knife was damaged due to misuse, we can analyze the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee.
If the knife is unable to be repaired, we may be able to offer you a one-time offer of 40% off a new knife.
